The taste also benefits from this particularly careful type of production. The almond flavor of this almond flour is clearly pronounced. You can taste a hint of marzipan. This makes it particularly suitable for all light-colored dough types such as fine cake dough or cookies. The proportion of dietary fiber is slightly lower and the proportion of protein is slightly higher than in our other almond flours.
