Shipping time:

All orders are handed over by us to our sender DHL on the following working day, provided there is nothing to prevent shipment (e.g. outstanding payments, unconfirmed PayPal transfers). However, we usually manage to place orders that we receive by 1 p.m. on the same day. DHL states that 95% of the shipments can then be delivered the following day. On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed due to operational bottlenecks on our end, inventory errors, or delays or errors on the part of our shipper. In these cases, please contact us. In the case of delays of more than 5 working days, we can place an inquiry with DHL. In such cases, please contact us. A complaint often helps.

Please also note that with the shipping method advance payment, the invoice amount must have been received on our account and accessed by us. Due to the different credit dates of the banks, it can happen that we are only notified of the receipt of your transfer 2-3 days after submission. Transfers that do not include the order number in the transfer text can take up to a week to process. If you do not give us any indication in a transfer as to which order the payment belongs to, we cannot deliver at all.

Please note that when breaking the weight, not only the content of the goods but also the packaging must be taken into account. (75g per large cup and 20g per small + 7% for the carton)

From an order value of €70.00, there are no freight costs.

Calculation of shipping weight:

Please note that our buckets weigh 75g/piece and are unfortunately included in the shipping costs. This means, for example, that if you buy 3 flours of 500g each and 4 chocolates of 100g each,
Although the pure product weight is 1900 g, the 3 product packaging included result in a shipping weight of 2125 g.

Unfortunately, in the followig Countries we do not offer our products any more, because of the new EU recycling legislation. In this countries there are minimum tarifs for wast collection, which extends our turnover by far and they have no special cases for small and medium companies. Again bureaucracy supports international hughe entreprises and damages the small :

* Sorry to all Austrians. Due to the packaging ordinance in Austria, which puts internet traders from abroad at a considerable disadvantage and causes high additional costs, shipping can no longer take place in the cheapest group of countries.

Weight

TIP: Some of our Swiss customers who live near the border use the service http://www. Grenzpaket.ch/ and only pay the German freight costs + a small fee.

Unfortunately, delivery outside of these countries is not yet possible via shop orders. If you are still interested in our products, send an email to info@crunchyx.de. We will then check whether we can make a delivery possible.

Please note that the changes in prices for the products and transport result from the legal requirement that we have to pay the applicable VAT in the destination country for EU deliveries since July 1st, 2021.

If you have a package delivered to one country and then bring the goods yourself to the final destination in another country, it is not possible to subsequently change the invoice for organizational reasons. This also applies if you have an export certificate issued to you by customs.
Therefore, even if you take our goods to a country outside the EU, we cannot refund VAT.

crunchyx is aimed exclusively at private customers. A VAT-free intra-community delivery to companies with a VAT ID is not possible.

The crunchyx packaging concept:

All through our products are high quality food. Sun exposure, moisture and the intrusion of biological organisms could significantly affect their taste and quality. That is why we have found a packaging solution for our products that protects against such dangers in the long term and in the long term. You will receive your goods in the condition you expect in our hermetically sealed packaging cans.

The material of the cans PP (polypropylene) has been specially developed for food and there are no known harmful consequences of storing food in this material. In particular, it contains no plasticizers etc.

PP can also be easily recycled and if it is used thermally, no toxic gases are released. The Packaging Register Foundation, accredited by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, recommends the packaging we have chosen as "optimal for recycling".

Please ensure that the opening clip is intact. Only then is it guaranteed that you have received the goods undamaged. The fill level of the products in our cans is due to technical reasons.

The l-Carb Shop packaging cans are resealable.

We have chosen the cans so that they are strong enough to withstand rough handling by a transporter (at least most of the time) and still produce as little packaging waste as possible. As "one material" packaging, they are significantly superior to composite packaging such as laminated bags in recycling.

Many of our customers keep the cans for a second use anyway. Good ideas are:

• Small parts container in the workshop, hobby room or on the desk
• As a stackable container for freezing (our freezer has been really tidy since we started using it)
• Airtight storage of other foods such as coffee, tea or spices
• Mothproof container for other seeds
• Collecting fruits, berries and spices
• Leak-proof transport of food, e.g. salads, dressings or sauces for a barbecue or to the office
• Storing odor-sensitive foods in the refrigerator
• Smell proof storage of pet food

• Transferring lacquers and paints when painting
• Mixing plaster or small amounts of mortar

• Throwing cans as child's play

Pay crunchyx

We offer PayPal, Credit Card, and bank transfer to pay for our items.

With the payment method bank transfer, the dispatch takes place only after receipt of payment (advance payment).

Depending on your payment history and other parameters (e.g. domestic billing and delivery address), the "by invoice" payment method is also available. That means we ship immediately and you have 10 days to make the transfer.

We do not charge any surcharges for the payment methods listed.

Please note, however, that in the case of international transfers, all bank fees for the transaction must be borne by you. In this case, please find out in advance from your bank how high such fees are. If your bank is not able to cover all the fees for a transfer from another EU country, the payment amount must be increased by the following values ​​(our bank’s payment transaction fees for non-EU SHARE transfers):
