-Carb walnut flour (de-oiled) 500 g
-Carb walnut flour gives your low carb baked goods a special taste.
-carb walnut flour is made from French walnuts that have been cold-pressed and finely ground (<25 mesh). This flour was made by a small artisanal oil mill in France. With 15% carbohydrates, it has a little more carbs than our other flours, but it is a particularly attractive flavor carrier for low-carb baked goods. We were particularly excited when we mixed the walnut flour with flaxseed flour in a ratio of 50:50. The taste of the bread we baked from it was almost indistinguishable from good wholemeal bread. In addition, walnut flour is extremely attractive in terms of the ingredients: Ours contains 22% polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Thanks to a new grinding process, we are able to produce the high-fat walnuts in a fine grain size. As they are so fluffy, only 500g will fit in our cups.
We recommend sifting all our flours before processing.
