De-oiled almond flour, the standard ingredient for bread, cakes and fine pastries
-carb Almond Flour Classic is made from almonds that have been finely ground after gentle cold pressing. The flour comes from a small artisanal oil mill in France, where many traditional methods of oil extraction are still practiced. The mill has received several awards for this. Due to the way it is produced, this almond flour has a slightly higher oil content, which makes it particularly aromatic. It is very suitable for making any kind of baked goods such as bread, cakes, cookies or buns.
Thanks to a new grinding process, we are able to produce the relatively high-fat Classic Almonds with a fine grain size. That's why only 500 g fit in our cups.
We recommend sifting all our flours before processing.
