The -carb GOLD linseed flour comes from a small oil mill in the Stuttgart area. At the request of many of our customers, we have finally found a manufacturer who produces this product in the best quality. As soon as you open the tin you will notice that this flour has a particularly distinctive nutty taste and smells wonderful.
Flaxseed is the star of our flours because of the particularly low proportion of carbohydrates that can be used by the body (almost 0%!). It has a particularly high proportion of dietary fiber. Flaxseed flour is popular for all low-carb meals where you want to reduce the carbohydrate content even further. In contrast to other fiber suppliers or bulking agents, there is no unpleasant aftertaste.
We recommend sifting all our flours before processing
It was made in Germany from seeds grown in Germany. The residual moisture is below 5%.
